I totally ignored the existence of the poor blog. I feel like a jerk now ):
but well. TODAY. is a superdupermega GREAT day. and just 15 minutes ago i was asked a question that made me felt like i was the most FORTUNATE girl on this planet. (: i feel like i'm in some taiwan drama! but well. that question is MEANT FOR ME AND ME ONLY. so go away :) but read finish my post first!

anyway, I shall take this chance to post about my TWO major camps of THE YEAR. OBS and prefect's June camp! :)

OBS was really awesome. Tiring YET fulfilling. and the experience was really overwhelming :) caught the cold bug on the fourth day, which eventually evolved into a fever, felt terrible on the last day, but heck. it's the last day folks. WHO CARES ALREADY. thanks y'all for the superwhoper amount of concern shown! From helping to carry bags to that simple sms. Even the teachers! who graciously allowed me to postpone my CIP games trial to let me rest before my prefect's camp :)
not gonna go into details. y'all are not going to believe me unless y'all experience OBS for yourselves! :)

nowww, prefect's camp was da BOMB. and i mean it. not that i'm bias or anything. but yeah, boot camp was ultra funn. and external was just AWESOME. (not because my comm planned it) but it was because everyone was super spontaneous, even the external people! and i was really glad our games were considered fun, and i did not screw up my cleaner role :) HAHAHA. anyway, awkward much, i'm really glad external brought us (even the external people) closer! in a way. :)

I feel like such a failure.

i haven't post since almost a month ago. and now, i have nothing to blog ):
oh gosh. i feel so. phail.
anyway, common tests have been okay. finally passed chinese :). mm but was quite disappointed.
and last week was just. zz. don't even mention it.

well mothers' day was kewlzx. although the karaoke room was super cold and my family kept singing oldies. haha.
my craze for cheena songs is still onnn. don't know how long it'll last though. but i must say, taiwan dramas are super slow :) enjoy watching them though, some are super bitter-sweet ;-)

feeling abit tingly now for tomorrow's CC interview. oops :| gonna do my best to try to squeeze innn ha.

Last week had been ~~a total waste~~ awesome week, with stoning, slacking and catching up with friends, but nevertheless it's just been super OVERWHELMING.

Gave training, LTC stuffzx AND today's training a miss, because I felt giddy AND puke-y. so yup. Saturday was the most awesome worship night of the year (well we only have one per year. BUT ANYWAY) it was just. God-sent-ly AWESOME (: whooopppeedooo!

Prefects March Camp was just so unexplainable-ly awesome, tiring AND bond-ly! (: reallyreallyreally love the SURPRISE! (haha Min), and the gossip (winkwink Andrea!) ANDAND the non-stop talking and laughing (love this part the MOST)! ;)

Had alot of really weird games, and level/committee meetings, that were really fruitful and enjoyable! I really love how I have such an awesome PB to work with hehe (:
Sarah-Ann and Crystal totally boasted non-stop about how great and mighty synapse was, (LIKE HELLO) and they dragged (literally) me to do the dance with them. (DIED) was reallyreally funny though, but now everyone wants to go! crapzoidzxzx. (&@!^#$%#^%#)

Jeanne, Kat, Colette and Klarissa were totally hilarious for the Shanghai trip video-thingy! (: hahaha, the contrast between the hotel rooms and the place they stayed in were really mind-blowwwwwwwwwwing (: hahahaah and you guys can beat me at random-ness any time! (:

it was really fun-packed with: bottles of laughter, loads of learning andddddddd manymanymany embarrassing truths about myself let known to my juniors! :O
was really tiring, (with muchmuchMUCH running/sprinting) and almost hyperventilated. haha. but wells
REALLY HAD MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE WITH SUPERBLY AMAZING PERSONALITIES :) overall was really enjoyable, met with old friends, like Collin.

Today was game against RiverValley, and woah. me and steph practically DIED. I was taking time and she was taking score, so both of us were like.
"eh steph are we up or down"
"down leh, how long more!"
"1 minute onlyyyy!!"
"HUH. DIE!! GOOO MGMGMMGMG!!"

haha super INTENSE, and our hearts really POPPED. by third quarter we were down by four, and I was really praying super desperately for a miracle to happen. and in the end we won by ONE. supersuper happy, made me think back to last year when we played against RV and beat them, and most of us cried, even STEPH. HAHA. the beng ;)
well thank God, I told God that I'll do anything to win this, so awaiting what God wants me to do! hehe. my happy mood is still tingling on my tongue :)

I really don't want to say EVERYTHING here, because I would sound super mean, and really being mean is my weakness ): (HAHA REALLY) but main point is, Andrea and I are going to do (or rather, HAVE TO DO) the proposal for YuSheng Day, 'cause it's really screwed up, and the committee didn't have a single freaking meeting to brainstorm ideas and two proposals have been sent in, both with loads of mistakes, rejected. So Andrea and I have to really help our committee out, as in seriously the rest of the committee aren't responding/rising up to the occassion/noticing that something's wrong and I'm really disappointed ): . ah but whatever. Thing is Benavon and Nyam had asked us to help out and it's due on the CNY week, friday.

ok this one i have to say something. like seriously. we, AGENTS(group name), spent since dec till now to do all the logistics stuff, (cardboard lions, fold 220 paper boats (OMG I KNOW) and props for the skit and everything) and we left it at some conference room as Ms Ng instructed, and even pasted tape over saying: PROPERTY OF MS ANGELA NG DO NOT TOUCH/THROW AWAY . and some cleaner went to throw all our stuff away. great. and when's the picnic? next saturday. so when must ALL THE LOGISTICS STUFF be ready by? I wanted to put MINERVA as my blog title but hahahahaha. I SHALL NOT BE SO MEAN.
Having Glenda and Minerva as prefect buddy partners WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGLY FUNNY AND HILARIOUS. I bet I grew abs from laughing too much. Minerva TOTALLY ADORES the 1O girls and was so possessive til she calls them MY GIRLIES.
ohmygoodness glenda and I just had to laugh in the corner non stop.

ahyo. minerva is really hilarious la. She had to do her debate speech and couldn't shout too much in case her voice cracks cos she has this debate competition on saturday, WHICH IS NOW. but on friday she found out that the debate competition didn't know MGS was competing so MGS is only doing the impromtu speech and her debate homework was all wasted so she got super pissed and grouchy and was like complaining about writing in or what nonsense.
Then on the trip to the kentridge park, our bus was late and she was like. THE BUS COMPANY IS SO NOTT RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT I WANT TO CALL THE BUS COMPANY AND WRITE IN. debater Minerva. JOIN DEBATE.

ok I feel reallyreally upset right now and REALLY CANNOT TAHANNNN. anyways Carol and I found out today that I have three split personalities. First is normal Jean, second is Jay the super gay(happy) and hyper and cannot stop talking non stop nonsense like mad woman like now, and the third is an unknown scary deepdeep side which is called "?". This side I guess Mrskuan doesn't like it cos I realised every time I show the ? side she keeps wanting to throw pens at me. ha idk.
ok soooooooo I am at my ? side now, but level one so not so serious. I was MIA-ing because I went to the most awesomeeee camp evvvvvvvvurr.
My first five days of amazing December was spent at youth camp (: haha.

I was in the group Patience, the most lazy slackest can't-be-bothered-to-win group hahahaha.

speaker sessions were heart-wrecking and miracle-working. really felt God's presence (:

1st day
was late ): . hahaha but anyway I sat with my group and played some weird ice-breaker games ha. then aaron taught us this superbly funny game called supreme pig. hahaha it was hard to understand at first :D played fun games with the whole youth min. after that. haha. sarah encore forfeit with purple! (: . I had aaron for my mortal, and he was in my group and he was behind me saying that he would kill his angel if she/he was bad to him. lol. sat beside sarah on the bus on the way to the GB campsite. was superbly excited on the way. haha. dormed with sophil megan samantha chloe that group O: . was awesome (: had sharing session and played games after that! some station games. haha. We had this human tictactoe thing that we had to form a line within the box to win or smth ha. then we played this snake game, where we all had to stand on chairs that forms and line and we must sorta shift the chairs around while standing on the chairs to eat the weird thingies. I think so hahaha. I was really blur on the first day la. hahaha. my first youth camp what O: . haha we then played this stick game and aaron gerald me and rachel were blindfolded or smth. I was just stoning there la. felt super bad :/ haha. the last game we had to stand in one line and pass the message a.k.a. an item by drawing on the person in-front-of-you's back. hahaha the first one was a christmas tree but janice and i thought it was some lightning bolt! hahaha. so hilarious O: . but luckily aaron figured it was a christmas tree haha. aaron said he had a gut feeling I was his angel, but managed to convince him that I am not hahah. awesum fun (: bathe dinner then speaker session!
I was amazed by the speaker cos I was sitting in front and he speaks like super loudly. haha. he shared about responding to altarcalls and stuff, and that God honours faith (: the speaker was hilarious as well haha. His love is from eternity to eternity! GEN SAY AMEN! HAHAHAHA. was prayed for then sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

2nd day!
woke up at about 7, and did QT tgt with my group (: this is my first time actually DOING QT, so was a whole new experience for me (: had group discussion and breakfast, then we had this awesome amazing race! (: haha was superbbbbb fun and a great time of fellowship! (; after that was worship and sharing session.
Wet dirty games were next. I think our church has the most disgusting games ever. haha. the not so dirty was dog and bone with slimy bananas and soya sauce-ed sponge. the worst was human bowling where we had to run and jump and slide on this mat fill-ed with you-don't-wanna-know and knock down as many bottles as possible. was sick la I smelled like vomit ha. coin & crap was disgusting too, where we had this pool of leftover dinner soy sauce black sauce vinegar and crap la. was so starchy, toes made squishy sounds haha. had to wash down after the games before entering the dorms >( . thanks aaron for helping with the hose hahah (: .
bathe dinner worship and speaker session two! (: pastor ben shared about how to love the Lord with all your strength soul mind strength, which is our theme verse Mark 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength (: he said that if you love God you cannot love the world, and that we had to let go of all our earthly wants and fashion and all that stuff. God has plans to prosper us and not to harm us (: after speaking he made this line and we had to cross it, symbolising that we had placed down all earthly stuff and just love Him. I responded and cried super manymany. haha.

3rd day (:
woke up at 8 and did QT in the morning again and today we went to BMH! (:
paired with bryan cos he can speak cantonese and I can speak chinese (he said he failed his, everybody says they do -.- ) . had to go and wheel them to Lot 1 , and we had this old-ish man who treated us like servants. Bryan wheeled him and the man kept going "kuai dian kuai dian!" . haha when we went into the shopping centre, the man was like curry pok curry pok and he wanted like 8 or smth. I saw the other old people, when the youth bought something for them they offered to pay, but this old man was like expecting us to buy ): . oh wells spread the lurvvvvvvv :D haha rulin spent like 30 bucks and bryan and I spent about 10 bucks tgt. haha (:
went back to GB campsite and had our third session of pastor ben! (: today he shared about Jesus accepting those who backslides, and how to love God FOR REAL (our camp theme FORREAL) &that Christianity is not a religion, its Jesus's death on the cross for us, and our Christian walk with Him. Christianity is Christ coming to restore the relationship of God and man. We have to love those in the body of Christ in order to love God wholeheartedly. so we must accpect critic and appreciate one another (:

4th day! (:
>on the camp booklet they said we can sleep till 10. but who knows we had to play this game in the middle of the night at about 130. hahaha. we had to find this murderer or smth and crack some weird case. elena was super scary but shes an awesome actress (: hahaha. QT again! I realised QT can be really really refreshing and excites (:
had brunch cos woke up at 10, then worship and sharing session again (: had awesome games, some treasure hunt thingy, we didn't win like obviously. haha. but the fellowship and dinner was awesomeawesome goodgood manymany lovelove (: hahahaa its the last full day and all the angels are like being super nice to their mortals cos its like the last night. buffet dinner was yumyum and had my fill. It was the only meal that I actually finished my food hahahahaha :D
the last speaker session! was really amazing, God was really there, and our prayers were desperate. during the altarcall I cried uncontrollably and when Pastor J prayed for me I fell, haha actually she pushed me but half of me was really no-energy-ed so I just fell la. hahaha. was really amazing how the Holy Spirit worked in me (:

Last day ):
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa its the last day already, I stayed up with Bryan, and watched the stars at night with him and sarah and sheena. was really amazing the sight. sarha and sheena got real tired so they went to bed, so I sat and talk to bryan. Megan was talking to her friend behind too so I guess it was really good fellowship la (: . before star-gazing with bryan I played supreme pig with sarah and aaron and i was super high and went to my talk-nonsense mode. hahaha I saw a srsly drama scene and it was like right in front of me la. so retarded O: haha. Bryan and I wanted to watch the sunrise, but ahya cannot cos got those buildings blocking. but the sight and company was amazing (: revealed myself to aaron that I was his mortal and he was like I TOLD YOU hahaha (:

Yesterday's mini class party was de awesome :D
haha. I had friendly game before that, till about 5 against River Valley High (:
won by 2 :D luckylucky.
took bus to Signature Park and went to Yili's unit. Was greeted by Weiyi and Hannah Tay, which were both wet and hugged me like super tightly hahaha :D
ordered pizza for dinner and spazz for like. idk A LONG TIME. those hours were really spazz hahahhahaa.
was NOT really awesome when we started watching some rated movie. OMGOSH LA. i felt like DYING. I was practically in the UNKNOWN. my god. and they were all laughing like mad and I was just there saying, HUH? what's going on? omgosh la srsly it was SICK that movie. luckily off-ed the show when reached about halfway :P

Today was ALSO AWESOME because it was 'I heart sports day'! organized by my church :D sad cos it rained after half an hour. D: butbut we went back to church and played cranium and some uno stacko thingy and had greatgreat fun! (: lunch was equally awesome.

Went to mac with sarah afterwards cos my mum said she would be abit late, and just shopped and stuff there. When I went back to the church busstop my mum called and said I had to take my own bus back/wait for her for 1 hour. SO OBVIOUSLY I TOOK THE BUS :D

Thing is. When I reached the busstop I realised I could take either 76/55 .
SO I waited, and this 76 bus came. but my bag strap was stuck under the busstop seat and I missed THE BUS. when i was at the BUSSTOP. oh faints la. then 55 came, double-decked and EMPTY. lol srsly EMPTY. but I spotted a lao uncle at the back of the first level of the bus and decided it was UNSAFE for me to take it. HAHAHA. so I took the next 55 that came. how doofus can I get D:

I feel really smiley now :] . Prefect's camp was reallyreallyreally inspirational && fun-filled! I learnt alotalotalot of things about leadership, and about myself and of course God's plan for us. I reallyreallyreally love the prefects there which joked, encouraged and helped me! :] hahaha yay!

Day 1!
The first day was really exciting, met at LT1 at 215. Theme for this camp was Prefect's Bakery! :D hahahahaha. That's 'cause we as prefects must RISE up like the bread O: hahaha! :] . well, I am in PAU group, leader too :] . hahaha BBZ was NOT in PAO! sadsad ): she should be! BAIBAOZI! :D
well we had worship, devotions, some sharing and briefinggg. Then we set off to the different classes to have our trainings! :] Trainings can be real dry at times, but it really DOES help and I am grateful for it! The trainings are like the lifeskills people come during our GEL and talk all those DISC stuff, but ours is just abit different. Like abit more large-scale kinda thing? idk :] . hahaha really had ALOTALOT of fun, and really learnt alot about how to lead people and how to be brave and overcome fears and stuff. It was really inspirational and I enjoyed it! :D. Tea break was some swiss rollie thingys, hahaha but was yummy! :D got sick of it after a while tho :/ . yup. When second part of training was over, the sec twos all sat in one circle and shared about our most disgusting incident EVER! :] . I shared about a time when

I was shopping with my mum and there was this guy that stuck his hands into his pants and scratched his butt and then he licked and sucked his fingers ok omg sorry for not full-stopping, was really gross! :D haha yup! :]

Games were really fun! We really bonded as a level, and as a PB! :D yes! (:

Day 2! (:
Met at 2.15 also, but tonight we all had our bags and stuff 'cause we are STAYING OVER! :D
MG at night is reallyreallyreally scary, but pretty! (: wonderfulwonderful. We played some funfun ice-breakers! :D yes and really confusing too. Continued training, and we all did our very own mission! :] . The trainer said that "Life needs a mission to complete its vision!"
Tea on Daytwo was some triangular curry puff, (some son-thingy), curry puff and doughnut balls! yumm ;] but there wasn't enufff ): . sad hungryyy .

Last part of training, was fun AS USUAL. and we were told that self-discipline is the key to success. hmmmm shld start working on that. :] .

Gametime was after that! played weird fun games, hahaha and I brought the team to the WRONG places and screwd things up :/ oops what a leader O: hahaha anyway we learnt ALOT about team-building, discipline, communications and stuff like that, things that will help a team to succeed. :] .
Life isn't all about winning, the most important thing is the process of which you win.

Dinner and shower was next! We had to shower in those toilets that they manually fixed a shower thingy connected to the hose, so had to squat and stuff, cos if you stand you'll probably be seen. hahaha some people accidently on the hose and splashed the water all over their clean clothes! uh-oh! :] . wells was quite fun, and dinner was AWE-SOME! it was yumyum, plus FUNNY. Grace and Nyam keep laughing at me for don't know WHAT reasons! craz-ehh. :] . It was really awesome how we all bonded just at DINNER! :] . love you all

For the first time in MY life, we had PB Forum! :] . it was really fun and amazing how we all rose up and spoke about our views on the rules and stuff, was reallyreally a great and wonderful experience :] "So firm on his promise I'll stand" .

Was really tired after that, went to sleep at midnight! (Happy birthday annabelle and Diane!(: ) and it was super hotttt. But at 2am I woke again, and it was superr cold! I think I am going to catch a cold soon :/ ahhahahah :] . oh wells.

Day 3 ):
Last day at camp, reallyreally missed camp and all the funn :] . Went to Kranji War Memorial, at 8 (Earlyyyyyyy!), and we were told to find a tomb, sit in front of it, and reflect. Well, I felt that these people are not Singaporeans, and even tho they are not they still fought. "They died for all free men" . It's really touching when you walk slowly, tomb after tomb, and really just think about whether we as leaders actually will sacrifice our lives for the country, let alone school. Even though we are not recognised by the student population no matter how much we do, do we still do it? If there is no gain, will we do it. These people that sacrificied their lives for us to be free today, some were not named, they were just "A soldier from the war 19-- to 19--" . Yet at the bottom it says, "Known to God". Really, it doesn't matter if we are not recognised by the people, or the student population, we are still noted by God, and I think that's all that matters. It really isn't about fame and popularity, it's about the faith and the courage to really step out of your comfort zone and rise up to be what God wants you to be. :] .

I am sooooooo tired from the activities today, and I just want to flop onto bed and sleep. But obviously I can't! I haven't packed for tomorrow's camp! ok packing now.

My nose felt itchy today, camp was fun but abit dry when it comes to training. HOWEVER IT HELPED :D hahaha obviously! Tomorrow is D Day, camping in school and bathing in the school toilets! O: hopefully won't be too disappointing.
Today we had some subject choice briefing thingy, and different teachers telling us their PASSION (MrsLim!) about the various subjects they are teaching! :] . was really cool. Well, tomorrow is THEY DAY (also) that we will know if we get to take triple science or not! However I think I will take double ;] hahaha my sister is like feeding me jelly now :O
